Quick Setup

Here is a short description of how you can quickly set up your team and your first project to start working within your team.

Invite others to your team

  • Login to ShotHub
  • Go to the Team Settings: Team Management Settings
  • Open the Team Members tab to invite team members that you want to invite to one or multiple cloud project. Learn more about Team Roles
  • The invited persons will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation to your ShotHub Team. As soon as they accepted the invitation they are listed in the Team Members tab of your ShotHub Team

Create your first cloud project

Invite others to your cloud project

  • Click the button “Add user” right of the project dropdown and invite others to your project. See also Projects Roles (Please note: Project Admins or Project Members can sync their library with the project while external users have only web access)
  • The invited persons will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation to your ShotHub project (via web browser). As soon as they accepted the invitation they are listed in the Project Info Panel and can connect their Silverstack library (or Livegrade) to the project:
  • Connecting Silverstack to ShotHub, Clip Library Sync, Connecting Livegrade to ShotHub

 

Silverstack cloud projects:
As soon as all Silverstack applications are connected to one ShotHub cloud project the respective Silverstack libraries are “synced” automatically as soon as one of the libraries (file and clip information is updated)

Livegrade cloud projects:
As soon as all Livegrade applications are connected to one ShotHub cloud project the respective Livegrade libraries are reflected as separate folders in one Livegrade cloud project
