Extension module activation

Livegrade allows to extend its standard feature set with extension modules.

To do so, there are two ways to activate an extension module, depending on your Livegrade license, described as “A” and “B” in the following:

Tip: You can test all modules during the 10-days trial or with a test license.

A: Livegrade + modules subscription#

If you purchased a subscription with an already set number of modules (e.g., Livegrade + 1 module or Livegrade + 3 modules), you can activate and deactivate modules at any time via the “Manage Modules” window. If your Livegrade + X modules license is already active, you do not need an internet connection to activate and deactivate a module.

Manage modules window#

The “Manage Modules” window can be opened within the license manager.

Open the license manager

via the main menu Livegrade > [Licenses…]

Open the “Manage modules window”

by clicking on the Manage Modules… button.

Modules multiple toggles
Allow to activate or deactivate a module. You can activate as many modules as are covered by your license. If you want to use additional modules with your existing license, you can either purchase short-term licenses for specific modules or upgrade your subscription to include more modules with interchangeable functionality via your Pomfort Account

Cancel button
Closes the window.

Apply and Restart button
Activates/deactivates modules as configured and restarts the application.

B: Single module license#

If you have a standard Livegrade subscription, you can activate a specific module with a single module license.

Add the license in addition to your existing Livegrade license by pressing the “Add License…” button in the license manager.
After a successful activation via the Internet and a restart of the app, the module will be activated until the single module license expires.
