Export report (PDF)

You can export the shots of the currently selected bin or folder with their metadata as a PDF report.

The report consists of a table of shots with metadata columns. The selection of columns follows the selection of columns in the shot table of the main window. You can change the columns in the report by changing the columns in the shot table.

“Export Report (PDF)” can be opened

via the Share button at the very right of the main toolbar
via the contextual menu of a smart group or a folder > [Export Report (PDF)…]
via the main menu File > [Export Report (PDF)…]

The “Export Report (PDF)…” dialog lets you choose from the following options:

Save As textfield
Sets the name of the exported file.

Tags textfield
Possibility to the PDF file.

Where dropdown menu
Sets the location of the exported file

Include clip identifiers checkbox
Shows the column “Clip Identifier” on the report.

Include thumbnails checkbox
Shows the column “Preview” on the report.

Open after creation checkbox
Opens the PDF after saving.
