Export metadata (CSV)

You can export the shots of the currently selected bin, folder, or smart group as a CSV metadata sheet.

The shot metadata sheet includes all columns of the shots table’s current view. The clip-identifier is used to identify the shot and is therefore displayed as the first column. You can change the columns in the sheet by changing the columns in the shots table.

“Export Metadata (CSV)” can be opened

• via the Share button at the very right of the main toolbar
• via the contextual menu of a smart group or a folder > [Export Metadata (CSV)…]
• via the main menu File > [Export Metadata (CSV)…]

The “Export Metadata (CSV)” dialog lets you choose from the following options:

Save As textfield
Sets the name of the exported file.

Tags textfield
Possibility to the PDF file.

Where dropdown menu
Sets the location of the exported file

Separator / Delimiter dropdown menu
Defines the character used to separate cells of the resulting CSV.

Open after creation checkbox
Opens the PDF after saving.
