Node list

The node list gives you a overview of all color correction steps of your look pipeline and allows to access the grade controls of each node.

Selecting a node#

By default, the grade control for the currently selected node is displayed on the right side of the node list.

Toselect another node, you can either

  • click on the corresponding node within the node list
  • use the Next/Previous Node menu items, Stream Deck, or Tangent controller actions

To display grade controls of all nodes regardless of the current node selection

  • Go to the main menu Look and Filter > Nodes > Show > [All]

To define which node should be selected when switching slots, set the corresponding option in the menu:

  • Look and Filter > Switching Slot Selects > [Last Selected Node]
    • The node which was previously selected when adjusting the look of the slot will be selected.
  • Look and Filter > Switching Slot Selects > [Same Node]
    • The node with the same node name and type will be selected when switching from one slot to another.

Order of nodes#

Editing the node list allows changing the order of the individual nodes. This also affects the image processing:

  • CDL and Saturation nodes will always be mathematically merged together. That means that the order within CDL and Saturation nodes does not affect the resulting image.

  • Curve and LUT nodes will always be processed from top to bottom. That means that the order of the curve and LUT nodes affects the resulting image.

The possibilities for re-ordering nodes are defined by the grading mode, which can be set in the slot settings.
