Main view
The main view is the primary UI of the Livegrade Viewer app and lets you view the available local streams in various layouts. You can configure a screen layout with 1, 2, 3, or 4 viewers. Each viewer can display a local stream from a connected Livegrade server.

Main view toolbar#
There are global toolbar buttons that show up when tapping anywhere on the screen:
- Settings
- Opens the settings view for switching screen layouts, stream sources, and managing server connections
- Save still images for all streams
- Captures a still image from all currently configured streams and saves them into your Photos library
- Options panel (overlay/docked)
- Toggles the options panel to display it as
- temporary overlay for each viewer window when tapping on the window
- constantly docked metadata view below all windows

Options panel#
The options panel provides access to all options available within the viewers and consists of the following elements:
- Slot mode indicator
- Indicates if the received signal derives from a Live, Playback, or Reference slot mode
- Stream name
- Derives from the output slot name in Reeltime Pro
- Configured source slot
- Displays the stream’s currently configured source slot in Reeltime Pro
- Slate info/clip name label
- Displays the current signal’s slate information (scene/shot/take) or clip name
- When tapping on the info label, the info toggles between slate info and clip name
- Timecode label
- Displays the current signal’s timecode
- Save still image button
- captures a still image and saves it to your Photos library

Full screen mode#
You can double-tap any stream to expand it to full screen. In full screen mode, you can also switch between streams by swiping left-right. A single tap opens the options overlay. By double-tapping again, you exit the full screen mode and return to your configured screen layout.

- Tap a stream’s viewer to show/hide the options panel
- Tap the Scene/Shot/Take slate info to toggle between slate info and clip name

Full screen mode#

- Double-tap a stream’s viewer to open/exit the full screen mode
- Swipe left or right to switch between streams

Save still images#

- Tap with two fingers on a stream’s viewer to capture a still image
