Troubleshoot issues with Stream Deck controllers

Install the Stream Deck plugin via Livegrade 7.

In order to use your Stream Deck with Livegrade 7 you have to install the new Livegrade 7 plugin via the app.

The Livegrade 6.5 plugin including the profiles can stay installed.

A re-install of the Stream Deck plugin most often helps.

If only some of your buttons show ? question marks, these actions might have been updated. In this case:

Make sure that you are on the latest Livegrade version
Close Livegrade
uninstall the Livegrade plugin in the Stream Deck configurations app
open Livegrade and go to Livegrade > Install Stream Deck Plugin…
re-map all actions with ? question marks again from the actions list to your buttons
