Exporting looks
Livegrade offers multiple options for exporting looks from collected shots e.g. for sending to post production. For an overview of all ways to export information from the shot library, please see the article Exporting shot information.
Look metadata can be exported as
- ASC-CDL,
- 3D LUT,
- CDL + 3D LUT combo, and
- ACES Metadata File (AMF) + CLF combo.
Additionally there are two formats for transporting look metadata between Livegrade and Silverstack: Pomfort Looks (for individual looks) and Pomfort Look Archives (for look matching).

Look archives can be exported from
- the whole library (“Library” folder)
- smart groups,
- folders, or bins.
You can export a smart group, folder, or bin by right-clicking on it and choosing “Export Look Archive (PFLA) …” from the context menu.
Save the resulting .pfla (Pomfort Look Archive) file to the desired destination.
